At present the plant has 20 sets of main production units and auxiliary units featuring fuel-wax， lubricating oil ，chemical producing systems. Among these wax- lubricating oil producing system has 10 sets of units .Respectively they are the propane deasphalting unit , the furol refining unit, the benzene- alkone dewaxing -deoiling unit, the heavy benzene-alkone deoiling unit, the lubricating oilrefining unit , the lubricating oil refining unit , the lubricating oil blending unit，the wax clay refining unit, the special wax processing unit, the wax farming unit and the vaseline hydrogenation unit. In 1999 we acquired the “Quality System Certificate” of ISO9001; Since October 2003 we have started to carry out the QHSE Management System; The plant laboratory has possessed national level qualifications;In October 2006 the Hygienic License on Chewing Gum Base Special Wax had been obtained.

    Referring to the notion of management, our plant conform to the principle, " provide products on demand of customers, encourages staffs to reduce cost, enhance the staffs’ capability and innovating in technology, managing rationally and pay the first attention to benefit ”.Orientating development direction as following: takes the wax as the center, speeds up the special wax research and forms the series waxes products, unceasingly expands and extends to the down stream products, goes the fine chemical development way.

    The plant produces 190 types，66 kinds and 10 series of products ，mainly including the gasoline, the diesel oil, the liquefied petroleum gas，the paraffin wax and the special wax with the trade mark“dragon ”，the polypropylene and the lubricating oil with the trade mark“Juyang”, and the vaseline with the trade mark “Yuanrun”. The products conform to the national quality standard and petrochemical profession standard. The 90# Microcrystalline wax，the Phase Change Energy storage wax, Chewing Gum Base Special Wax and the series Soft Paraffin Waxes has filled the gap in China .The series products with the trade mark“dragon " has been given the title of “Famous Product of Henan province” by the Province Government. the Vaseline with the trade mark, and“Yuanrun” has been given the title of “the province quality product”; The High-pressure hydrogenation Microcrystalline wax has passed the test of American Food and Drug Administration(FDA); The medicine Vaseline is also under the British Pharmacopoeia standards, and may satisfy food, the medicine, cosmetic industry and the developed Occident country quality requirement. In recent years, the products quality excellent rate have not been less than 80%, the rate of qualified products acquires 100% and the rate of customers' satisfaction have not been less than 90%. A good product image have been set up.
